Pentru un Producator sau Importator, o echipa proprie de merchandising, atrage costuri insemnate care se regasesc in salarii, impozite pe salarii, transport, telefoane si nu in ultimul rand cheltuieli legate de selectie, recrutare, angajare, instruire, control si urmarire a merchandiserilor. Ati facut eforturi insemnate sa va listati produsele in retelele de magazine, ati platit toate taxele si ati avut asteptari pe masura. In schimb ati observat ca managementul stocurilor este defectuos, nu va place modul de expunere al produselor la raft iar rezultatul este cel pe care nu vi-l doriti : volumul mic al comenzilor.</p>
<p><strong>Aproximativ 70% din decizia de cumparare se ia in magazin &#8211; in fata raftului.</strong></p>
<p>Producatorii trebuie sa inteleaga sa administreze mai bine partea de retail a afacerii lor !<br />
De aceea din ce in ce mai des acestia apeleaza la serviciile noastre, servicii cu acoperire nationala.</p>
<p>Cu structura noastra de merchandiseri, activam la nivel national in principalele retele de tip Cash &amp; Carry sau Hypermarket.<br />
De cele mai multe ori am demarat cu clientii noi un proiect pilot de 3 luni ( pe o retea sau pe anumite magazine solicitate ), in care se &#8220;cantareste &#8221; eficacitatea noastra, ulterior extinzand si catre alte magazine.</p>
